3.2 Pricing & payment
- Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments via bank transfers, credit/debit cards, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and cash on delivery (COD) where applicable.
- Payment must be completed before order processing (except for COD).
3.3 Order cancellation
- Customers can cancel an order before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
4. Delivery & shipping

- We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

- Free shipping may apply for orders above a qualifying amount, as shown at checkout.
4.3 Failed deliveries
- If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, unreachable contact, or refusal of the parcel, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

5. Returns, refunds & exchanges
5.1 Eligibility
- Returns are accepted after delivery, subject to inspection.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Personalized or customized items are non-returnable.
- Approved cash-back refunds are processed within 7 days after inspection.
5.2 Refund process
- Approved returns are processed after inspection.
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method or store credit.
5.3 Exchange policy
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or incorrect items.
- Customers must report issues within 24–48 hours of receiving their order.
